Pre-School Mural

So I was recently commissioned to paint a mural for a pre-school in Nob Hill.
It was an exciting experiment & process. I have never worked this large scale before on my own.
Though i did have some help from two friends with minor touch ups.
Therefore i wanted to share this process with you through the pics that i took documenting it. It took me about 1.5 weeks to finish this process. I am happy wi

This has opened up other future possibilities for  mural work, which I am also excited about. Just note that this commission was themed by the owners & wasn't really my style. However, inklings of my style do come up. Hope you enjoy! let me know what you think:)

El Toro Lives Series Art show

Hi folks sorry I've been super busy working on a lot of projects.
Just finished a commissioned mural for a pre-school in my hood. So pics will come soon. It's hard shooting the right ones to capture the beauty.

Also I am finally putting up some artwork at my cafe where I work. Chameleon Cafe @1299 Pacific & Leavenworth. I will put it up tonight & hopefully have a reception sometime next week.
This series is one that I completed last year. Some of you have seen it already but for those of you who haven't please come check them out. Here are two of my favorite pieces out of the series. There are a total of nine pieces all for sale & prints also available upon request.

Last Night's Jazz Session

I've been really fortunate the past few days to have such good figures to draw from.

These are live drawings that take place. In this case I was over at a jazz bar sketching the musicians.

These were my personal favorites.

Enjoy! Hope these brighten up your day

The Guitarist

Nude Studies

From last night's drawing session. I like the human form because it's amazingly unique to each person.

I tried using a different medium Im not used to using.

So i went with it & here are some of my best ones.

Just note most poses were held from 5-10min at most.
